Epiphany PreSchool is open from 9.00 am – 3.00 pm: Monday to Friday during term time providing it is viable.
Sessions
The sessions are for two and a half hours, during which your child will be involved in a wide range of activities aimed to encourage their development. The sessions are as follows:

Fees
Fees will be charged at £15 for the morning session, £6.00 for lunch club and £15 for the afternoon session. A whole day attendance fee of £36.00. A holding fee of £40 will be required upon booking your child in for the first month that they will attend, which will then be used as payment for the following sessions your child attends up to that value. We will only accept the £40 holding fee if we have a space for your child. Payments will not be refunded if your child does not attend for any reason as payment is still required to keep your child’s space.
Funding
All 3 to 4-year-olds in England can get 570 funded hours per year and is usually taken as 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year. Some 3 to 4-year-olds are eligible for 30 hours funded childcare a week. To see if 30 hour funding is available to you please go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
The notice period for children leaving the setting is one month. Should the child be taken out of the setting before the notice period ends, we will still require payment up to the end of the month.
If your child isn’t collected on time at the end of their session, you may incur a charge to the value of the following session.
